Conference Publications

As per ICOPS tradition, a refereed issue of IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science entitled "Special Issue: Plenary, Invited and Selected Mini-course papers from ICOPS 2017" will be published based on the papers presented at the conference. The authors of plenary, invited and selected mini-course talks (by the invitation from the mini-course organizers) are invited to submit the manuscripts to the TPS-IEEE website at:  https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/tps-ieee. The length  of these papers should be limited to 10 typeset pages. The manuscripts should be submitted under the ICOPS2017 category. In the manuscripts, the authors should also indicate that this material was presented at ICOPS 2017. 

The authors of the selected mini-course lectures are invited to submit the tutorial review papers based on the lectures. These papers will undergo the standard review process with the understanding that these are tutorial review papers. 

The deadline for manuscript submission for the "Special Issue: Plenary, Invited, and Selected Mini-course papers from ICOPS 2017" is August 31, 2017*.

Those who desire a refereed format for contributed talks and posters are encouraged to submit their papers to a regular issue of the IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science or the IEEE Transactions on Radiation and Plasma Medical Sciences. In their manuscript they should indicate that this material was presented at ICOPS 2017.
