Academic Support for Student Athletes

Learning consultants and tutors work together in Academic Support Services to serve student-athletes by maintaining contact with faculty, monitoring study halls, facilitating advisement and overseeing compliance with university and NCAA academic regulations. Campus ID Office

The Campus ID Office is responsible for issuing student, employee, vendor, visitor and temporary identification cards. The Campus ID Office also manages the Pirate's Gold program, which enables identification card holders to deposit funds into a Pirate's Gold account and to use the ID card as a debit card on campus and at participating locations throughout South Orange. The Career Center

The Career Center takes pride in its strong partnerships with employers from all industries and offers a variety of recruiting venues each year. Center for Academic Success

The Center for Academic Success program assists first-year college students in defining their academic and career goals. Every student has a mentor, who serves as their academic adviser during the first year, as well as a peer adviser. ROTC

The Army Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program in the Department of Military Science offers cadets a way to simultaneously attend college and train to commission as an officer in the US Army. Eligible students can receive a scholarship for up to four years, as well as a stipend. Prospective candidates can apply as incoming freshman or up until they have two years of school left.
