Getting Started
In order to schedule an event on the South Orange campus, employees need to use 25Live, the University's web-based event publishing, calendaring and scheduling solution. You can request use of University space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any computer connected to the Internet. Learn more »
Not sure how to begin? Submit a question to the Reservations Center and someone will respond back to you with additional information.

Once your university event is created on 25Live and your space has been reserved, please fill out a Calendar Event Planner so that your event can be published to our University Events Calendar.

External Community
The Reservations Center is operated by the Department of Student Life, and works with guests outside of the Seton Hall University community, to secure spaces/rooms for meetings and events. Please complete the required information in this form, and someone will get back to you within 3 business days to discuss availability and pricing.
The Reservations Center also works with vendors that would like to reserve a table to sell goods and/or services. Please see the Vendor Table Guidelines for more information and to complete the Vendor Table Application & Policy form.
