Digital Communications
University Relations advances Seton Hall’s mission through strategic communications, marketing and public relations by sharing impactful stories and connecting with audiences on and off campus.
University Relations provides a suite of email tools and partners across campus to share important updates, foster collaboration and strengthen our shared sense of community.
News Stories
Publishing a news story is a powerful way to share your message across Seton Hall’s platforms. Submitted stories may appear on the University website, social media, email communications, and other digital channels.
Social Media
Social media at Seton Hall showcases campus life, student success, academic insights, and event highlights that connect our community and beyond. Follow us on Seton Hall’s social media channels to stay informed, celebrate our achievements and share your Pirate pride.
Calendar Events
Seton Hall constituents can take advantage of the online University Calendar to post their campus community events to raise awareness and increase engagement and attendance. By adding your calendar event, it will be published across Seton Hall’s website, social media, email communications and other digital platforms.

Event Registration
Most campus events should be added to the University Calendar. However, if you’d like an event landing page and/or a customized registration form rather than using the native RSVP form in the calendaring system, work with your Marketing and Communications Manager on strategy and next steps.

Digital Signage
Digital advertising on campus TV screens plays a crucial role in keeping the university community informed and engaged. Strategically placed in high-traffic areas, these digital displays provide timely updates on events, news, and important announcements, making it easy for students, faculty, and visitors to stay in the loop.
Video and Photography
Photography and video are powerful tools in university marketing and communications, as they bring stories to life and create lasting connections with audiences. Visual content captures the vibrancy of campus life, showcases achievements, and conveys emotions that words alone often cannot. High-quality images and videos help highlight the university’s academic strengths, community spirit, and unique culture, making content more engaging and shareable.

Seton Hall ads are often based on templates that align with the look and feel of our brand. We work to incorporate consistent type and design elements that help create a unified look for the University. Google Adwords (paid search, display ads and retargeting) and social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn advertising are often used in our marketing strategies.
