Digital Media Team
The Digital Media team is the mutli-media production team within the Teaching, Learning and Technology Center (TLTC). Through video, audio, livestreaming and multimedia production, the team helps faculty and campus partners create digital media productions to support their work.
Supporting Teaching and Learning
Filming on location
Working closely with the TLTC’s Instructional Design team, Digital Media helps faculty enhance courses and academic materials through creative media.
Support may include academic videos, presentations and other multimedia resources
designed to strengthen teaching and student engagement.
Examples of our video production work include CAPS’ “What’s Up, Doc?” mental health and wellness series and the Academic Resource Center’s tutorial videos, which address common academic topics and student success skills.
Live Events and Campus Productions
Live Broadcast
The team supports the planning and production of livestreamed and recorded events across campus. From pre-production to recording and online delivery, Digital Media works with University partners to bring important campus events to a broader audience.
Examples of events supported by the Digital Media team include:
Live-streams are supported on a project by project basis, and require confirmation of availability of the team.
Content Creation Studios
Podcast Recording
Digital Media supports production in the Innovation Hub’s Content Creation Studios, which provide dedicated spaces for video, podcasting, interviews, presentations and academic storytelling. Available facilities include a Podcast Studio, One-Button Studio, Lightboard Studio and staff-supported Production Studio.
