Work Orders and Maintenance for Housing

Seton Hall University strives to provide a safe and accomodating enviroment for students who choose to stay in housing and residence halls on campus. If your dorm or residence hall is in need of repairs, we have several options to ensure your needs are met and that your enviroment is comfortable and safe. 

Maintenance and repair items are reported to the Resident Assistant or the main desk of the residence hall. Work Orders will be forwarded from eRezLife and University Housing to Facilities Engineering.
