during Spring Break or the Post-Finals period. They fulfill multiple degree requirements
while offering an immersive cultural experience and an engaging way to explore course

Even if you're still exploring study abroad options, apply through the program portals above for any programs that interest you. There's no fee or commitment to apply, and you can confirm your spot once approved.

Important: Programs are available with limited spots. The standard minimum GPA is 2.5, though Selective Admissions programs have a 3.0 minimum GPA requirement. Check the program’s page for program-specific qualifications. Students must also not be on disciplinary probation Level II or higher at the time of departure. Applications may be accepted until the Confirmation Deadline.
The Application Type varies by program. First-Come, First-Served programs review and approve applications as they are received until all spots are filled, with no additional application prompt required. Selective Admissions programs require a response to an additional prompt within the application, which the Faculty Leader uses to evaluate applications together and select participants after the stated deadline. Each program page and application lists the program’s application type.
Confirm Your Spot
Congratulations on being approved! Check your email for next steps to confirm your
spot. Your spot is not confirmed until you complete the following in the Study Abroad Portal:
• Sign the "Acknowledgment of Refund, Participation and Withdrawal Policy"
• Submit a $500 Non-Refundable Deposit payment thru the Study Abroad Portal
Important: Confirmation is on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited. Your status will be updated to "Confirmed" within 24 hours after completing the above steps. You don't need a valid passport to confirm your spot, but you must have one by the Final Balance deadline. Learn more about passports and visas.
Get Ready for Departure
• Course Registration: You will be given special access to register for your study abroad course
• Complete all Pre-Departure Requirements thru the Study Abroad Portal
• Final Balance (by January 8): Failure to pay by the deadline will result in removal from the course and program
• Prepare for Your Time Abroad: Visit the Preparing and Packing hub for resources and tips
