Each academic year, Graduate Studies offers a limited number of graduate assistantships. Assistantships draw on a variety of different skills and require a presence on campus. Learn more about graduate assistantships and open positions. For more information, contact Dr. Ryan Hudes.

Wilnir Louis 

Wilnir LouisWilnir Louis of Linden, New Jersey, is a student in the M.A. in Communications program in the Digital Communications and Communication Technologies track. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration at Seton Hall in Spring 2021. Louis hopes to use favorable undergraduate experiences at Seton Hall to inform philanthropic efforts by contributing to the creation of a community atmosphere for other Setonians. Upon graduation, Louis intends to use his M.A. within the realms of Digital Media as an on-air talent and producer, serving in a multitude of roles where his creative possibilities will prove limitless. 


Emily Rainbolt

Emily RainboltEmily Rainbolt of Melbourne, Florida, is a graduate student in the M.A. in Museum Professions program with a focus on Collections Management. She graduated with a B.A. in Art History from the University of Florida in 2018. Rainbolt's experience in the museum field afforded by her internship at the Harn Museum of Art in Gainesville, Florida, precipitated her career aspirations. Fully actualized, Rainbolt hopes to pursue a career as a registrar/collections steward wherein she can contribute to the preservation of curated objects and create programs that will increase public access to these exhibits.


Sutherlyn Nichols

Graduate Assistant Sutherlyn NicholsSutherlyn Nichols of Austin, Texas, is a student in the M.A. in Museum Professions program with interest in Collections Management and Museum Registration. She received her B.A. in Art History with a minor in business at the University of Texas at Austin in 2020. Nichols’ love for art history began her foray into the museum field. After completing her studies, Nichols hopes to work with art museums as a collections curator.


Ethan Wojciechowski

Wojciechowski chose the Museum Professions program because the field interests him and will guide him to what he wants to pursue after completing his studies.


Jordan Shirdel

Image of graduate assistant Jordan Shirdel. Jordan Shirdel of Woodbridge, New Jersey, is a student in the M.A. in Museum Professions program. She earned her B.A. in Anthropology from Montclair State University in 2022. Shirdel chose the Museum Professions program to further her experience and understanding of the museum field and eventually wants to work in collections management. Shirdel was also drawn to the program for the various opportunities in hands-on experience. After graduation, Shirdel hopes to pursue a career at a history museum working with collections or preservation materials.
