Thursday, November 12, 2020
PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR COVID-19 SALIVA SWAB TEST NOW. Pick up your test from your Resident Director and return it to the lock box in the lobby of your building. If you test positive, you will be contacted within 4 days of the test being picked up (tests are picked up every afternoon, Monday – Friday. If you are NOT contacted, you are negative and can feel confident traveling home safely.
Everyone MUST complete this short form letting us know when you are planning to leave for break. This is necessary so that Dining Services knows how many students to prepare for in the coming days.
As a reminder the residence halls close completely on November 25 at 10 a.m. and student access to the halls will end at that time until the spring semester.
Students who are moving out may have two "helpers" similar to move-in they must complete the #campusclear app.
Before you leave for break:
- Make sure to bring any medications, valuables, important documents (i.e., passports, credit cards, social security cards, driver's license, etc.) home with you.
- Remove all trash, clean all dishes, and make sure room is cleaned.
- Empty your refrigerator of all perishable food.
- Take enough clothes home for all of break.
- Thoroughly clean your room and your bathroom (where applicable)
- Lock your doors.
A closing checklist will be posted on your door this week!
Please remember, when you leave for the semester break, you will not be permitted to return until the spring semester.
