Sign up at MyFitnessPal.com (free app) and send a friend request to MindBodySpiritChallenge.
Step 2
Look out for a flyer for each new set of challenges. You’ll receive instructions on how to submit your completed tasks. Be sure to use the two hashtags to qualify: #MindHeartSpiritChallenge AND #SetonHallStrong
Step 3
That's it! The challenge begins! Weekly prizes will be given out and a winner-takes-all grand prize will be given out at the end of the challenge.
