Thank God For Monday to Observe 20th Anniversary of 9/11 with Guest Expert on Terrorism and Leadership

Bryan Price 320 picBrother Greg Cellini, host of Thank God For Monday, will have Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) Bryan C. Price, Ph.D. join the show on Saturday, September 11, 2021 in a special episode dedicated to observing the 20th anniversary of the tragic events back in 2001. The episode will air on WSOU 89.5 FM from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m., with alternative streaming options on wsou.net and the iHeartRadio app also available. For those unable to listen in that morning, the interview will also be uploaded to Apple Podcasts after it debuts on air.

Price is the founding executive director of the Buccino Leadership Institute at Seton Hall and also served in the Army for twenty years, which included combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. The Buccino Institute delivers a curriculum in leadership science and allows students to experience leadership in real-world settings. With a passion for developing young leaders, the directors work closely with the leadership students throughout their journey in the certificate program, particularly in years three and four when students are learning to "lead in their discipline."

From 2012 to 2018, Price directed the Combating Terrorism Center and served as an Academy Professor in the Department of Social Sciences at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. With his years of experience, Price is a nationally-recognized expert on leadership development and terrorism. His knowledge and expertise in terrorism, counterterrorism, U.S. national security, leadership and performance psychology have resulted in his briefing senior United States government and military officials throughout his career, including members of Congress, secretaries of Defense, Directors of the CIA, FBI and NCTC, and numerous combatant commanders.

In 2019, Price published his book, Targeting Top Terrorists: Understanding Leadership Removal in Counterterrorism Strategy, which has received international praise from recognized experts in the field. The book can be purchased here.
