Sheriff Errol Toulon, Jr. of Suffolk County, NY, is an adjunct faculty member in the LEEL program, teaching both Budgeting & Resource Allocation and Human Resources courses.

His discussion will focus on a recent Police One publication, Breaking the Mold: The New Leadership Playbook that Changes Policing. This article explores innovative leadership approaches, emphasizing adaptive leadership strategies, progressive policies, and modernized policing methods that challenge traditional paradigms.
