South Orange Route for the Seton Hall Shuttle Bus

The Department of Public Safety recently announced new transportation app, TripShot which is designed specifically for our Seton Hall Shuttle fixed-route service and SafeRide on-demand requests. TripShot is an upgraded software and mobile app that empowers the department to effortlessly collect ridership data by tapping a Seton Hall ID card against a small device on the vehicle, eliminating the need for swiping.

TripShot is a simple, powerful platform that manages, tracks, and optimizes transportation services and fleets. This app aims to enhance your transportation experience with its advanced features and user-friendly interface including: real-time tracking that will allow you to plan your journeys more efficiently and reduce waiting times; 7-day schedule listings where the app will provide a comprehensive listing of the Seton Hall Shuttle fixed-route schedules for all seven days of the week; customizable notifications; and convenient on-demand requests conveniently within the SafeRide zone.

For those currently using Seton Hall Shuttle, you will need an update to facilitate this new form of communication. Please visit the Card Access office in Duffy Hall, Room 63, anytime between 8:45 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. There will be no charge for the replacement of your ID card.

To view Seton Hall Shuttle tracking, users are encouraged to download the app to their mobile phone. Once downloaded, enter "Seton Hall” as the service name. Next, you will be asked to log in with your Seton Hall credentials.

Users can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

For questions or concerns regarding the Seton Hall Shuttle service, please contact Public Safety at (973) 761-9300.
