Seton Hall Brand Review Project: Survey Coming Soon
Wednesday, January 17, 2024
Seton Hall University has embarked on a brand review and strategy project with Ologie, a higher education branding firm based in Ohio. As part of this branding project, a short survey will be shared with the Seton Hall community in the next few weeks to learn more about community members’ perceptions of Seton Hall and higher education, as well as thoughts about area universities.
Seton Hall last completed a brand study more than eight years ago. Since that time, the higher education landscape has undergone significant upheaval, with many institutions changing the ways they communicate who they are.
In that same timeframe, Seton Hall has achieved significant milestones, including substantial progress toward the goals outlined in our strategic plan, Harvest Our Treasures, and increasing fundraising efforts in preparation for a comprehensive campaign.
Insights gained from the brand project with Ologie will provide an enhanced messaging platform for cohesive University-wide communication to guide Seton Hall moving forward.
Project work has already begun. In December, Ologie conducted concentrated listening sessions among students, faculty, deans, the priest community, regents and alumni. The quantitative survey, soliciting input from the internal Seton Hall community and the public, will be conducted in January and February. A messaging strategy will be completed and shared in the spring.
