Aquinas Hall

Among its many additions and updates, Aquinas Hall features a new entry lobby with two elevators that provide ADA access to all levels of the building.

The new fourth floor added 64 student rooms that can accommodate two students per room, 18 ADA-accessible rooms and two priest suites. Other benefits include a beautiful glass-enclosed study area as well as larger and more numerous windows than exist on the lower floors.

Throughout the building, the trim in each wing has been color-coded in green, yellow or blue to help visitors more easily identify their location. New drop ceilings in the lower-floor hallways hide pipes and cables that once were visible, resulting in a more streamlined look. The lower floors also received fully renovated restrooms as well as new paint, carpeting and energy-efficient windows.
