Andrew Schwartz, Ph.D.

Before joining Seton Hall in 2020, Schwartz taught at the University of Georgia. He earned his Ph.D. in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley. His research examines questions in corporate and household finance. Specific research topics include student loan debt, the impact of the political environment on corporate investment decisions, and behavioral household finance. Outside of academia, he worked as a financial analyst for General Electric.
