Annual Benefits Open Enrollment

Annual Open enrollment begins on Monday, October 23, 2023, and ends on Friday, November 10, 2023. The benefit elections you make during Open Enrollment are effective January 1, 2024.

All benefit eligible employees, who wish to make a change in their current benefits elections or enroll in a Flexible Spending Account, must complete their open enrollment benefits elections online via Banner Self-Service.

Open Enrollment elections are in effect for the entire calendar year unless you experience an IRS "qualifying event" (i.e. change in marital status, birth/adoption of a child) and your change must be completed with the Department of Human Resources within 30 days of the event. Refer to the 2024 Open Enrollment Notices document for additional information.  You can also review and print the link for Medicare Creditable Coverage by clicking here.
