"Thank God For Monday", hosted by Brother Greg Cellini ’85 of the Fransican Brothers of Brooklyn, offers conversations to help listeners find their way to work that provides meaning and self-satisfacton.

8 a.m. The Knightly Message – A locally produced Catholic radio show hosted by a recent Seton Hall graduate and former WSOU student staff member that explores news and pop culture from a Catholic perspective.

8:30 a.m. The Catholic Cafe

10 a.m. Weekly Mass – Broadcast live from Our Lady Sorrows Roman Catholic Church in South Orange, N.J.

10:30 a.m. Christopher Closeup – Host Toni Rossi is your guide for inspiring conversations with individuals who marking a difference in the world and have found direction through their faith.

11 a.m. The Kinship of Catholics and Jews – Father Lawrence Frizzell, director of Seton Hall’s Institute of Judaeo-Christian Studies, and his guests explore the deep and strong ties that exist between the Jewish and Catholic faiths.

Each year, WSOU coordinates a variety of projects, trips and other initiatives that provide an opportunity for it's students and staff members to serve others.

WSOU’s 2019 food drive for the Community Food Bank of New Jersey collected more than 1,200 pounds, enough to provide more than 1,500 meals.
