American College of Healthcare Executives Recognizes Value of Seton Hall University’s CAHME-Accredited MHA Program
Tuesday, February 3, 2015
The American College of Healthcare Executives issued a statement regarding the relationship between the quality of healthcare management education programs and students' success after graduating. The public policy statement, available here, notes the following among its key points:
"When considering enrolling in a health administration program, students can enhance
their success in finding fellowships or jobs upon graduation if they understand the
importance of completing an accredited graduate program. They should also be aware
of the value in attending programs such as those that are Commission on Accreditation
of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) accredited and ensure standards for quality,
appropriate content and the opportunity to interact with a variety of healthcare professionals
and organizations."
The Seton Hall University Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree program,
offered in both online and on-campus formats, is the only CAHME-accredited MHA program in New Jersey. Read more about what the CAHME accreditation ensures for Seton Hall MHA students, and request more information about the Seton Hall MHA program today.
