Seton Hall Responds to Deadly Earthquake in Ecuador

A 7.8-magnitude earthquake hit the Latin American country of Ecuador on April 16, 2016, resulting in widespread destruction and the deaths of more than 500 people.  As rescuers valiantly continue to search for victims trapped under crushed buildings and debris, the death toll is expected to rise.  In addition, thousands have been injured and many victims are now homeless.

The Seton Hall community is encouraged to do all it can to support our brothers and sisters in Ecuador. In partnership with the Division of Volunteer Efforts (DOVE) , the University is raising funds that will benefit earthquake victims who are most in need. Please be generous with your support and your prayers for the victims, their families and the entire nation of Ecuador as it struggles to cope with this calamity.
