Brandon Miley

Brandon Miley studied Politics and History at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.  Miley is a graduate assistant and is studying at the School of Diplomacy.

Before coming to Seton Hall, Miley worked in the legal field in Atlanta, both in state government and the private sector. He initially planned to attend law school, but found that studying international relations better suited his interests and career goals. Miley’s primary focus is on U.S. - Japan relations. He specializes in Foreign Policy Analysis and Asia and is a National Security Fellow. 

What brought you to Seton Hall for graduate school?

While all the schools I considered were academically strong, Seton Hall had the advantage of being near the American diplomatic epicenters of New York and Washington. 

What do you appreciate most about the School of Diplomacy?

The School of Diplomacy combines academic excellence, proximity to New York and a host of opportunities for students.

Is there anything else that made Seton Hall a good match for you?

As a student with a variety of interests, Seton Hall offered a unique space for me to conduct and publish my research, continue my language studies and learn from passionate and experienced professors.
