Shaping Our Future Together
Seton Hall's Next Strategic Plan

As we approach the conclusion of our current strategic plan, Harvest Our Treasures, Seton Hall is embarking on an exciting journey to craft our next strategic vision.

This collaborative effort will shape the future of our institution and will benefit from the input of our entire University community.

"Now it is time to create a fresh vision for Seton Hall, a plan that will enable us to achieve an even more intellectually dynamic, spiritually faithful and increasingly service-oriented University — a plan that will help us foster the dreams of our students like never before."

Monsignor Joseph Reilly, S.T.L., Ph.D.
President of Seton Hall

Our Approach

As charged by Monsignor Joseph Reilly, S.T.L., Ph.D., president of Seton Hall, and under the guidance of Provost and Senior Executive Vice President Katia Passerini, Ph.D., Assistant Provost Leigh Onimus, J.D., Executive Vice President for Board Affairs and University Strategy Amy Newcombe, J.D. and Executive Director for Board Affairs Bernadette McVey, we are implementing a comprehensive process to gather insights and ideas from all corners of our University.

Working Group Kickoff
We are assembling diverse teams of faculty and staff members, clergy and administrators to generate innovative ideas to inform the priorities, objectives and actions for the next strategic plan and moving our University forward.

Coordinating Committee
This group includes Faculty Senate Executive Committee representatives, Cabinet representatives, deans, Student Government Association leaders and working group co-chairs. It is responsible for synthesizing input and developing an initial implementation plan.

Student Participation
We began by gathering valuable perspectives from student leaders at the recent Impact Conference, and will continue to engage with the student body as the process continues.

Town Hall Listening Sessions
We invite all members of our University community to participate in these crucial discussions across our campuses.
