
Summer Housing - Seton Hall Students
Summer Housing is available for Seton Hall University students who are enrolled in summer classes, working for the University, or are completing a university-affiliated internship.
All students planning to live on campus for summer must submit the Summer Housing application, even if the cost of their housing is being covered by a program or department. Applications must be submitted at least 2 academic days prior to the student’s anticipated move in date.
The University reserves the right to deny Summer Housing applications for any student not in good conduct standing or who presents behavioral concerns.
There are no visitors/overnight guests permitted in Summer Housing. Typical dining hours and meal options are not in effect during the summer.
Summer 2026 Room Rates for Seton Hall Students:

Single Occupancy: $65 per day

Double Occupancy: $50 per day
Summer Housing is limited and based on availability. Students who require a disability related housing accommodations should register with the Office of Disability Support Services prior to applying for Summer Housing.
The Summer Housing application will open on April 1, 2026.
