School of Law Dean Search

Working with Korn Ferry, a leading executive search firm, Seton Hall is now accepting applications  from qualified higher education leaders for the position of Dean of the School of Law. The University is committed to recruiting a broadly diverse pool of candidates. It seeks an academic leader who embraces the responsibility for the ethical development of students and is dedicated to the highest academic standards, personalized education, and experiential learning.

The Dean should have an earned J.D. or equivalent and possess a record of recognized professional, scholarly teaching and service achievements that would warrant appointment as a full professor at Seton Hall University.

The successful candidate will be a skilled academic leader who builds consensus and is innovative, versatile, collaborative, and student-centered; tirelessly committed to the leadership of the Law School; successful in attracting financial support; and supportive of the faith-mission of Seton Hall University. The successful candidate will also embrace and be able to articulate the University’s Catholic academic mission.
