Hired in 1996, Susan A. O'Sullivan-Gavin is currently a Senior Faculty Associate in
the Department of Legal Studies. Her teaching portfolio includes The Legal Environment
of Business, Corporate Social Responsibility, the Uniform Commercial Code, Estates,
Advanced Topics in Legal Studies and introductory courses at the M.B.A. level. She
is a member of the North Atlantic Regional Business Law Association. Professor O'Sullivan-Gavin
is a co-author of The Legal Environment of Contemporary Business and has also published articles relative to arbitration in employer-employee relationships
and Sarbane-Oxley.Professor O'Sullivan-Gavin serves as the advisor to students who
are pursuing the Minor in Legal Studies in Business. Her ongoing work as an attorney
in general practice in New Jersey continues to enhance her teaching and scholarship.
