Rosalie Maiorella holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership, Management, and Policy from Seton Hall University. She boasts an extensive history in higher education, including over two decades at Seton Hall University. As the founding director of the online MA in Counseling degree program, she played a pivotal role in launching the online MA in School Counseling and the EdS in Professional Counseling. Currently, she serves as the Interim Co-Director of the campus-based programs and relishes the fresh challenges this role presents. Dr. Maiorella spearheaded efforts to broaden the program's reach to international students, aiding them in navigating their way to becoming School Counselors and Professional Counselors. An early advocate for online education, she wrote and taught some of the earliest online undergraduate and graduate courses in higher education. Her research centers around the correlation between admission criteria and graduate outcomes.
