- Co-Founded Meadowlink, one of the nation's premier Transportation Management Associations serving tens of thousands of New Jerseyans daily today
- Long worked with the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Peace in Jersey City to found the Kenmare Alternative High School for Unwed Mothers and the Saint Joseph's Home - served as the first Chairman of the Board of their acclaimed York Street Project
- Founded many other non-profits that served for a time - Workforce Development/Jobs/Job Placement/Training - placed more than 10,000 in employment and trained more than 1500 - also initiated Youth Service Projects/ One Roof Inc.
