Carole F. Browne, M.A. has appreciated a 20-year career serving in K – 16 schools, as well as community-based and other nonprofit organizations with a youth development focus. Browne has served in leadership roles at the NHP Foundation where she was National Assistant Director of Resident Services and she trained leaders in the areas of program and staff development, outcomes management, strategic planning and volunteer recruitment and retention.
Browne's true passion lies in teaching, coaching and empowering students. In addition to her current teaching duties, she serves as an Academic Success Coach for the Academic Resource Center and mentors a small caseload of first-generation undergraduate and graduate students. She also serves as a Pirate Mentor and provides career guidance and resources to current Seton Hall University students and alumni in nonprofit management and leadership.
