Explore Graduate Opportunities at Fall Open House

Grad Student Open HouseSeton Hall University will host its annual fall Graduate Open House on Wednesday, October 14 from 6 to 8 p.m. The event will take place at Bethany Hall on the University’s main campus in South Orange. Graduate Open House offers prospective graduate students an opportunity to discover Seton Hall’s wide range of graduate degree and certificate programs and learn how advanced education can help them reach their academic and career goals.

Programs span a broad range of fields, including business, communication, applied physics and engineering, international relations, education, counseling, healthcare, occupational therapy, law, nursing, data science, social work, public administration and more.

Grad Student TablesThroughout the evening, prospective students can connect directly with faculty, admissions representatives and current graduate students to explore academic programs, ask questions and gain insight into the Seton Hall graduate experience. Attendees can also learn more about career preparation, experiential learning and the resources available to support graduate student success.

“We look forward to welcoming prospective students and introducing them to the many opportunities available to help them achieve their academic goals and prepare for purposeful, rewarding careers,” said Christopher Cuccia. Ed.D., associate provost for academic and graduate affairs.  “Our graduate programs offer the knowledge, skills and supports students need to grow professionally and make an impact across a wide range of sectors.”

The open house will feature information about financial aid opportunities, including graduate scholarships and assistantships, as well as professional development resources available through the Career Center. Students can learn about opportunities for networking, career coaching, interview preparation and other services designed to help them prepare for what comes next.

Grad Student ProgramsFor current Seton Hall undergraduates, the event also provides an opportunity to learn about dual degree options, which allow eligible students to begin graduate coursework while completing their undergraduate degree and potentially save time and tuition.

Whether you are looking to advance in your current profession, prepare for a new career or deepen your expertise in an area you are passionate about, Seton Hall’s Fall Graduate Open House is an opportunity to explore what comes next.

All attendees will receive an application fee waiver if they later apply to a Seton Hall graduate program.
