
Outcomes – M.S. in Cybersecurity

Graduates of the M.S. in Cybersecurity program will be able to:
- Design and secure complex computing systems by applying advanced principles of cybersecurity engineering, network security and cryptography.
- Detect, analyze and respond to cyber threats using industry-standard tools and techniques employed in modern security operations centers.
- Assess risk and vulnerabilities across cloud, network and software systems and recommend appropriate technical and organizational controls.
- Apply artificial intelligence and data-driven methods to support threat detection, incident response and cybersecurity decision-making.
- Communicate cybersecurity risks and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including management and compliance teams.
- Demonstrate professional and ethical responsibility in the practice of cybersecurity, aligned with legal, regulatory and industry standards.
