Graduates of the M.S. in Cybersecurity program will be able to:

  1. Design and secure complex computing systems by applying advanced principles of cybersecurity engineering, network security and cryptography.
  2. Detect, analyze and respond to cyber threats using industry-standard tools and techniques employed in modern security operations centers.
  3. Assess risk and vulnerabilities across cloud, network and software systems and recommend appropriate technical and organizational controls.
  4. Apply artificial intelligence and data-driven methods to support threat detection, incident response and cybersecurity decision-making.
  5. Communicate cybersecurity risks and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including management and compliance teams.
  6. Demonstrate professional and ethical responsibility in the practice of cybersecurity, aligned with legal, regulatory and industry standards.
