Campuses Closed Friday, January 7, 2022
Weather forecasts call for a winter storm to arrive in our region tonight and last into tomorrow. All Seton Hall University campuses (South Orange, Newark, and Nutley/Clifton) will be closed on Friday, January 7, 2022; access is limited to essential personnel.
Although campuses will be closed, classes will be held remotely where possible, and students should contact instructors regarding remote instruction. University business operations will continue, and employees should work remotely. Only essential personnel, as notified by their supervisor, should report to campus as directed.
A parking alert has been issued by Parking Services. Please use your best judgment when electing to travel based on conditions in and around your area.

Operating hours for the Seton Hall Law School and University Libraries may differ from the main campus. Visit law.shu.edu and library.shu.edu for more information. Weather Related Delays and Closings
The entire Seton Hall community is encouraged to be prepared in the event of weather emergencies and potential campus closings, class cancellations and delayed openings.
Decisions in this regard are taken very seriously, focused first on the safety of our students, faculty, and staff. University leadership continually reviews National Weather Service reports and consults with state and regional emergency services officials when making these determinations.
