Program Learning Outcomes:
The online Ed.S. in K-12 Education Leadership, Management and Policy program emphasizes four core learning outcomes. At the conclusion of coursework, students will be able to: 

• Apply theory and knowledge related to the field of study to address practical issues; and
• Design, conduct, and report research as well as evaluate and apply relevant research related to the field of study to address practical issues;
• Employ modes of verbal and written communication, e.g., research presentations, technical reports, academic writing, for multiple stakeholders; and
• Identify and apply professional and ethical standards to practice.
