Instructions for Undergraduate Students

Register online by your Spring 2025 anticipated class according to your last name. Determine class level by adding total earned credits to Fall 2024 credits in progress and any Winter 2025 credits for which you have already registered. For example:  if you have 45 total credits completed (add up SHU earned credits, transfer credits, AP or CLEP credits) and you are taking 18 credits in Fall 2024 and are enrolled for three Winter 2025 credits, register as a Junior (45 + 18 + 3 = 66).

The earliest time you can register online is listed in the grid above. Thereafter, you will have ongoing access to online registration for schedule adjustments. The time slots above apply to both day and evening students, including non-matriculated students.

System availability is 24/7 except for Sundays from 12:01 – 7 a.m.

The Registrar’s Office is located in Bayley Hall with the following office hours during the November 14 – November 22 registration period: 8:45 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. (Monday through Friday).

Note: Winter 2025 registration will remain open during Spring 2025 registration.
