Liz Vacchiano, Academic Resource Specialist, provides comprehensive administrative support for the academic operations of Immaculate Conception Seminary School of Theology (ICSST). Additionally, Liz supports faculty and student services, overseeing assessment processes and facilitating faculty sabbatical and promotion procedures. She assists the Administrator for Budget and Financial Operations in academic billing and financial operations. Liz also contributes to institutional communications, public relations, and strategic planning efforts related to academic programs and faculty affairs.
Liz began working at Immaculate Conception Seminary in November 2016 in the role of Secretary for Finance and Administration. In September 2019, she began in the role of Secretary for Student Support Services. In December 2022, Liz was promoted to Coordinator of Student and Administration Support Services. After serving in another position at the University from June 2024 to September 2025, Liz returned to ICSST in September 2025 as Academic Resource Specialist. Prior to working for the Seminary, Liz was a Secretary/Assistant for Christian Faith Formation at her church, St. Vincent Martyr, in Madison, NJ. She earned a B.S. in accounting from Montclair State University. In May 2017, Liz earned a Certificate in Catholic Evangelization from ICSST, and in May 2020, she earned an M.A. in Theology with a concentration in Systematics from ICSST.
