Rev. Paul S Manning

Ordained in 1985, Father Manning is the Episcopal Vicar for Evangelization and Education for the Diocese of Paterson. He works and resides at St. Paul Inside the Walls, the Catholic Center for Evangelization in Madison, NJ.

His vocation was nurtured, as the eighth of ten children, in the faithful home of his large family, and was discovered while studying wildlife management at Virginia Tech. After completing undergraduate studies in philosophy, he earned an S.T.B. and M. Div. at St. Mary’s Seminary and University in Baltimore, MD.

In the past, he has ministered in parishes and schools in various capacities and has served as diocesan vocation director.

In his current assignments, Father Manning works with a wide variety of people, including diocesan and parish personnel, school administrators, theology students, young adults, college students and youth.
