A message from Dr. Nyre about the close of our Fall 2022 semester.

"Well, Pirates, you're in the home stretch. The semester is nearly over. I hope you feel confident about your exams and your final projects. Now it's natural to be a little nervous before finals. But believe me, you've got this. Stay focused for just a little longer, and a semester of achievement will be yours.

Now please remember to take care of yourselves, both now and over break. continue to seek balance, find time to sleep, eat properly, pray and exercise, and if you feel overwhelmed, we're here for you. CAPS and our priest community are available and ready to help. Finally, I want to thank you for your hard work and your perseverance.

We've come a long way this semester. We've learned much from each other, challenged each other, and relied on each other as a community of great minds. I appreciate everything you bring to our university. Keep up the impressive work, Pirates. Enjoy the coming weeks. Stay safe, and I'll see you next year. Merry Christmas, and go Pirates."
