Seton Hall to Host Cybersecurity Forum on October 28
Seton Hall University will host a panel of cybersecurity experts on Tuesday, October 28, bringing together leaders from the industry for an engaging discussion on the challenges
and opportunities shaping the future of digital security.
The event will feature a keynote address from Steve Ward, co-founder at Brightmind Partners, followed by a dynamic panel conversation exploring topics such as artificial intelligence, data privacy, and the growing importance of cyber resilience across all sectors. Joining Ward for the panel are Katherine Wetmur, CIO of Cyber, Data, Risk and Resilience Morgan Stanley, Keith O'Sullivan, Senior Vice President, Cyber Services at Tokio Marine, and Spencer Thompson, CEO and Co-Founder of Prelude. Ashley Mathew ’25, current graduate student, will be facilitating the panel as a student moderator.
Panelists will share their professional insights into the landscape and offer practical advice for students and alumni preparing for careers in cybersecurity and technology-driven industries.
Following the panel, attendees will have the opportunity to network with speakers, faculty, and peers, fostering connections across the University’s growing community of cybersecurity professionals.
The Cybersecurity Forum is part of Seton Hall’s ongoing commitment to promoting digital literacy and leadership in the rapidly evolving field of technology. This event is part of the University’s National Cybersecurity Awareness Month program.
