Business Librarian Chelsea Barrett appointed to SHU’s Academy for Applied Analytics and Technology (A3T)  

Chelsea Barrett, MBA, MI, will be the Director of Data Services for this newly formed Academy sponsored by the Office of the Provost. The Academy for Applied Analytics and Technology (A3T) is a collaboration of 9 academic departments in the College of Arts & Sciences, Stillman School of Business, School of Health and Medical Sciences, and more that will amplify University research and teaching across the disciplines in the rapidly growing and impactful fields of applied data analytics and technology.

This ambitious Academy will create and curate more courses in applied data analytics and technology across curricula, including experiential capstone courses that will involve cross-disciplinary teams of students working together on projects.

Barrett is an integral part of the University Libraries Data Services Group that has successfully supported undergraduates, graduate students and faculty with data analysis and data management support ranging for qualitative and quantitative research.
