The Dean should have an earned Ph.D. or equivalent and possess a record of recognized professional, scholarly, teaching, and service achievements that would warrant appointment as a full professor at Seton Hall University.

Faculty, administrators, staff and students within the College of Arts and Sceinces are invited to attend an open forum for the final candidates for the new Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences. During their respective forum, candidates will deliver a short presentation and then receive questions from the community. To preserve the confidentiality of the candidates, curriculum vitaes and letters of intent are accessible behind password-protected log-in to the community.
