The Dean should have an earned Ph.D. or equivalent and possess a record of recognized professional, scholarly, teaching, and service achievements that would warrant appointment as a full professor at Seton Hall University.

During their respective forum, candidates will deliver a short presentation and then receive questions from the community. To preserve the confidentiality of the candidates, curriculum vitaes and letters of intent are accessible behind password-protected log-in to the community.
