With extended hours, multiple locations, and both all-you-care-to-eat and grab-and-go choices, our goal is to keep students, faculty, staff, and guests fueled throughout the day. Location: Lower level, Bishop Dougherty University Center

Nestled on the lower level of the Bishop Dougherty University Center (the University Center) at Seton Hall’s South Orange campus, the Pirate Dining Room serves as the heart of on‑campus dining.

Every meal period is designed to balance variety, health, and convenience. The Pirate Dining Room features:

  • Multiple cuisine stations (grill, international, comfort foods)
  • Salad bar, hot entrées and made‑to‑order items
  • Dessert station, beverage bar, and snack selections
  • Inviting seating areas ideal for group meals or solo visits

Late-night service beyond dinner hours often includes a rotating selection of grill items, breakfast-style options, and snacks—perfect for study breaks or late gatherings.

Jersey Mikes in the University CenterRetail and Quick‑Serve Locations

Dietary Accommodations

Gourmet Dining offers an allergy-friendly station in the Bishop Dougherty Dining Room, as well as Vegan, Vegetarian, and Halal options. Other accommodations can be made upon request.
