Lenten Reflections with the Artwork of James Tissot
Throughout the 2026 Lenten season, Immaculate Conception Seminary School of Theology is pleased to present a series of daily reflections inspired by the artwork of James Tissot and the theme of Welcoming and Embracing the Stranger. The reflections help us enter more deeply into the Lenten Season, inviting us to journey with the Lord in his passion and death.
The daily meditations begin on Ash Wednesday, February 18 and will be sent to our community through Easter Sunday, April 5. These reflections are brought to you by our Preaching as Hospitality Formation program and are written by administrators, faculty, staff and seminarians from ICSST.
