Faculty and Administration News (FAN)
First issued in November 2009, Faculty & Administration News (FAN) is a quarterly publication of Immaculate Conception Seminary School of Theology. The aim of this newsletter is to share with readers the many accomplishments of ICSST's faculty and administrators.

- ICSST sponsors Lenten series, “Your Face, Lord, Do I Seek,” featuring daily meditations inspired by Psalm 27:8 and written by Dianne M. Traflet, J.D. ’88, S.T.D., Reverend Monsignor Joseph R. Reilly, S.T.L., Ph.D., and Reverend Monsignor Gerard H. McCarren, S.T.D.
- With great pride and gratitude, ICSST celebrates the accomplishments of its diverse and talented Class of 2024.
- Eight publications, including book co-edited by Justin M. Anderson, Ph.D., and book chapters by Dr. Anderson, Reverend Joseph R. Laracy, S.T.D., and Joseph P. Rice, Ph.D.
- Reverend Monsignor Thomas G. Guarino, K.H.S., S.T.D., reflects, in international press, on dignity of human beings.
- More than two dozen pastoral and professional presentations.
- Dianne M. Traflet, J.D. ’88, S.T.D., delivers symposium presentation to more than 150 people on St. Edith Stein’s Eucharistic Spirituality.
- Reverend Mariusz Eugene R. Koch, C.F.R., M.Div., M.A., co-organizes 60-mile walking pilgrimage to Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa, accompanying 2,000 pilgrims.
- Reverend Monsignor C. Anthony Ziccardi, S.S.L., S.T.D., appointed Chair of the Censores Librorum for the Archdiocese of Newark.
- Reverend Roberto Ortiz, S.T.L., S.T.D. (Cand.), serves as member of the SHU Hispanic-Serving Institution Working Group and as Co-Chair of the SHU Environmental Sustainability Committee.
- Reverend Christopher M. Ciccarino, K.C.H.S., S.S.L., S.T.D., elected Vice Chair and Treasurer of the Board of Commissioners of the Association of Theological Schools.
- Andrew M. Brenycz ’99, M.L.I.S., earns a Master of Library and Information Science from Southern Connecticut State University.
