    • Identify risks and establish proactive mitigation strategies. 
    • Implement clear communication and documentation procedures for alignment. 

Execution

    • Implement the project plan and assign tasks to functional and IT teams. 
    • Monitor progress to ensure resources are effectively coordinated. 
    • Focus on meeting project objectives and deliverables. 

Monitoring and Control

    • Track progress and identify potential schedule variances, risks, and bottlenecks. 
    • Address challenges and dependencies to keep the project on track. 
    • Provide support to ensure efficient project execution. 

Closure

    • Finalize all deliverables and obtain stakeholder approval. 
    • Formally conclude the project. 
    • Document lessons learned to improve processes for future projects.
