Inspiring Great Minds to Greater Purpose: One Year Later
Tuesday, September 15 | 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
University Center, Chancellor’s Suite

In September 2025, the University launched its strategic plan, Inspiring Great Minds to Greater Purpose, timed with the 50th anniversary of the canonization of its patron saint, Elizabeth Ann Seton, reaffirming a shared commitment to the University’s Catholic educational mission.
One year into implementation, the University community is invited to collectively pause and receive updates on work underway across the plan’s five Strategic Pillars.
Throughout the morning, attendees will hear directly from University leadership, engage with representatives advancing each priority and have opportunities to connect with colleagues and ask questions.
All members of the University community are encouraged to attend.
Please contact Bernadette McVey, [email protected], with any questions or accommodation requests.
Opening remarks will reflect on Inspiring Great Minds to Greater Purpose, recognizing progress made during the first year of the plan and the foundation it provides for continued work across the University.
A panel discussion with members of and videos from the implementation teams will highlight key initiatives, progress and areas of continued focus across the five Strategic Pillars:
Immediately following the panel, attendees will have the opportunity to explore each priority in greater detail. Visit dedicated tables to connect with colleagues, hear about initiatives and the work underway, and engage directly with those advancing the work.
