Provost and Executive Vice President Search
Seton Hall, one of the nation's leading Catholic universities, seeks its next Provost and Executive Vice President, the University's chief academic officer and a member of the President's Executive Cabinet. The search is being led by a committee of faculty and administrators, in accordance with Article 13 of the Faculty Guide, and the University intends to complete it during the fall 2026 semester.
As Seton Hall's chief academic officer, the Provost provides leadership for the academic enterprise, helps strengthen the University's Catholic identity, supports faculty and student success, fosters innovation and scholarly excellence, and partners with University leadership to shape the institution's strategic direction. The successful candidate will embrace and be able to articulate Seton Hall's Catholic mission and will bring proven academic and administrative leadership in higher education.
