Ziping Zhang comes to Seton Hall from Texas State University where he is a Research Assistant Professor. Zhang’s research focuses on Molecular Toxicology and Functional Genomics. His current projects include investigating various genetic factors that may lead to a genetic predisposition to induced melanoma. Zhang has been awarded, either as a principal investigator or co-principal investigator, 24 research grants from different sources, including the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Great Lake Fisheries Commission (GLFC), and the Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He has published over 80 peer-reviewed articles.
