Father Vicente Montiel Romero was born in Mexico. He made his first religious profession for the Congregation Missionary Sons of the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary (CMF or Claretian Missionary) on August 8, 1988, and was ordained to the priesthood on August 12, 2000.
