Marcella Parisi is a native of Morristown, New Jersey. Marcella Parisi earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Villanova University where she minored in Counseling. She then went on to pursue her Master's Degree in Educational Psychology from Florida State University. During her time at Florida State, she served as a Strategic Academic Mentor for student athletes. In this role, she lead 1:1 bi-weekly advising and mentoring sessions focused on creating action plans, building freshman and transfer student athletes’ individual academic skills such as time management and organizational skills. She also advised a special population of undergraduate and transfer students on academic requirements, course sequences, graduation plans, registration, and career goals.
