Mary Alexander, P.T., D.P.T.
Assistant Professor
Department of Physical Therapy
I have been at Seton Hall University in the Department of Physical Therapy since 2000.
Prior to that I was the Program Director of the Physical Therapist Assistant Program
at Union County College, Plainfield, New Jersey. I am a board certified pediatric
clinical specialist and do consulting work for the Children's Neuromuscular Center
at Overlook Hospital, Summit, New Jersey.
My research interests are concentrated on the issues of pediatric obesity for both
children who are typically developing and children with special needs as well as service
learning in a professional educational program. I have given multiple presentations
both nationally and internationally in these areas.
