Deacon Paul Flor

Born and raised in Guayaquil, Ecuador, Deacon Paul Flor is the oldest of three siblings. He moved to the United States to pursue a master's degree and went on to make New Jersey his home. There he met and married his classmate Wentsai Wang, and together they raised two children, Andrei and Hannah.
Professionally, he serves as a full-time faculty member and as Program Director for two programs at Raritan Valley Community College in Branchburg, NJ: Environmental Control Technology (HVAC/R) and Commercial Energy Technology (Building Automation).
He also is a permanent deacon, incardinated in the Diocese of Metuchen, NJ, where he serves two parishes: St. Joseph in Washington and Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Hackettstown.
